Terms & Conditions

A skin test is required at least 48 hours prior to any colour service. For new clients we recommend booking a colour consultation with us so we can ensure the correct services are booked for your needs.

Should you not be able to make your appointment we ask you to inform us as soon as possible. A 50% cancellation fee will be applied to appointments cancelled within less than 48 hours and 100% for no show appointments.

A £20 non refundable deposit it required from New Clients when booking any colour service. This is charged at your consultation appointment and deducted on your final bill.
